The Scarcity Scarf will be available during our Black Sheep Week period from Friday 15th November to Monday 2nd December 2024, inclusive.
Do I need to enter a code at the checkout to receive the Scarcity Scarf?
No, the zero-waste scarf will automatically be added to your basket once your order reaches the $250 threshold.
Can I choose the colour of my Scarcity Scarf?
No, because each Scarcity Scarf is a limited-edition, made from a careful selection of reclaimed yarns. This means your free scarf will be a unique surprise, adding an extra touch of individuality to your order.
While we can’t take specific colour or style requests, we hope you’ll appreciate this distinct piece, thoughtfully crafted to make every order special.
Can I place more than one order with the Black Sheep Week offer?
Absolutely!
If you do place more than one order, we may consolidate them into one parcel for shipping. It's our way of harmonising convenience with environmental consciousness.
If my order is $500, will I receive two free Scarcity Scarves?
Sadly, no. During our Black Sheep Week, each single order over $250 qualifies for one single free Scarcity Scarf.
Are Archive sale items included in the promotion?
Yes, both full-price and Archive Sale items contribute to the total order value of $250.
Can I return or exchange my Black Sheep Week order?
Yes, our standard return policy applies to all purchased items. Any items purchased during our Black Sheep Week promotion may be returned or exchanged following our usual returns policy. However, the Scarcity Scarf cannot be exchanged.
Please note that if all items from the original order are returned, or if the order total falls below $250 after any returns, the Scarcity Scarf must also be returned. Simply log it on your return and pop the item in your box.

How will my Black Sheep Week order arrive?
This Black Sheep Week, we are wrapping your purchases not just in luxury, but in responsibility.
All Scarcity Scarves will arrive in our biodegradable storage pouch, crafted from corn starch. Our eco-friendly pouch offers the protective embrace your knitwear deserves.
Any first, full-price order will be packaged in our 100% recycled cotton protective storage bag with a 3D printed pilling comb as a welcome gift. All other orders will arrive in our biodegradable storage pouch.
I love the idea, but I do not need a Scarf. What should I do?
No problem at all!
If you’d prefer not to take part in our Black Sheep Week promotion and don’t want to receive the free Scarcity Scarf with your order, simply remove it from your basket at checkout.
Can I add gift packaging to my Black Sheep Week order?
To keep things running smoothly during our Black Sheep Week rush, we won’t be offering gift packaging this time.
