Can I place more than one order with the Black Friday discount code?
Absolutely!
If you do place more than one order, we may consolidate them into one parcel for shipping. It's our way of harmonizing convenience with environmental consciousness.
If my order is £400, will I receive two free items?
Sadly, no. During our Black Friday Week, each order over £200 (or equivalent) qualifies for a single free item from our Archive Collection.
Can I return or exchange my Black Friday Week order?
Yes, any full price items purchased during Black Friday Week may be returned or exchanged following our usual returns policy. However you can’t exchange the Archive Sale item (see more below).
Please note that if you return all items from your order, the free Archive Collection item must also be returned back to us. Simply log it on your return and pop the item in your box.

Our eco-friendly pouch still offers the protective embrace your knitwear deserves, whilst reducing the surplus of additional combs or bags that you might not require.
Can I add gift packaging to my Black Friday Week order?
Elevate your Black Friday purchases with our gift packaging, available for an additional £5 at checkout.
Gift packaging includes; a cotton bag, pilling comb, gift invoice and luxury white Sheep Inc. box.
