Where is my order?

To track your order, open your order confirmation email and click the ‘Track Your Order’ button.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll also receive an email with your tracking details where you can follow its progress.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 3pm GMT will be processed the next business day (not including weekends and public holidays).

You can find our standard and express shipping times below:

United States

STANDARD SHIPPING

3-4 business days (Tracked)

FREE for orders over $200

Shipping for orders below $200 : $20

EXPRESS SHIPPING

2-3 business days (if ordered by 3pm)

Shipping cost : $30

UK

STANDARD SHIPPING

2-3 business days (Tracked)

FREE for orders over £100

Shipping for orders below £100: £3.50

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Next Day (if ordered by 3pm, does not include weekends and bank holidays)

Shipping cost : £5

*Express shipping purchases made after 3pm GMT will be despatched the next business day (not including weekends and bank holidays).
