Can I cancel my store credit gift card?
If you select store credit as your refund method, this will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
Please note that store credit is non-refundable and cannot be converted back to your original payment method (e.g. card, PayPal, etc.) once issued.
Once your return has been processed and the gift card has been generated, the selected refund method is final and cannot be changed. If your original order was paid for in full or in part with a gift card, that portion of the refund will be returned to the same gift card.
Your store credit can be used at any time on a future order.
