Where is my knitwear made?

Title Icons

Your knitwear begins its journey at one of our beautiful New Zealand Sheep Stations. These are at the forefront of the regenerative farming movement (more on that here).

Our wool is then scoured (tease the dirt out) in a B-Corp textile factory in Italy. It is solar-powered by a hot 2,885 photovoltaic panels to lower energy use and CO2 emissions and even has its own Research & Development department dedicated to sustainable innovation.

We spin our wool in Italy and Bulgaria with our yarn mill partners Südwolle Group, using the latest sustainable material innovations. We also use an advanced water filtration process so water exits the yarn mill cleaner than it enters.

The final part of your knit’s manufacturing process takes place with one of our partners in Portugal where the garment is 3D knitted, using Japanese Shima Seiki whole garment machines. Each knit has a unique, hand-finished stitch detailing, using yarn offshoots that would otherwise go to waste, Lithuania, Romania, or the U.K.

To follow your knit’s unique journey, scan the Connected Dot and be taken on a micro adventure.
