The Knit Clinic: Our Care Guarantee
Our favourite clothes are often the ones that get the most wear. So, if your knit needs a few stitches or to get back into shape, you can send it to our sweater clinic and we’ll restore it as best we can. We’ll do this for life. Even in 50 years when we’re only wearing NFTs, you will still be able to send your knit back to us. Sustainable is a way of living, not just a way of buying.
Wore and Tore
Whether it’s damages from normal wear and tear, faulty materials, or our nemeses, moths. Email us with some details of your issue along with pictures of your knit to our Clinic at theflock@sheepinc.com.

Please note that you must be the original purchaser of the product with a valid proof of purchase (order number and date). If your knit was gifted, just let us know the name of the buyer and we’ll organise the rest.
Caring for your Knit
Merino wool is the self-care king. Its unique fibre means your knitwear will resist stains, wrinkles and odours. From time to time it may need a breather so hang it up outside or lay it flat on your bed. In case of significant spillage, turn inside out and hand wash cold, then dry flat. If you feel your knit is past the point of no return, try our Sweater Clinic.
Step 1:
Step 1:
Turn it inside out and hand-wash in cold water. Be aware that if water is too hot, colours may run.

Next, lie it on a towel, roll it all up, and gently squeeze out the excess water. No wringing please.

Finally, leave it flat on a towel to dry fully. You can also hang it up once it’s dried out a bit. But not right away – it will lose its shape.

Do Not Dry Clean
Do Not Dry Clean
It is a myth that wool needs it. And the process is no good for the environment.

Kill the Pill
Pills are the little bobbles that happen to fabric if you spend your days rubbing up against things. They should only appear once in the same spot. To get rid, run the supplied sweater comb over the area. Gently does it. Imagine giving a new-born their first parting. You will end up with satisfying fluffballs on the comb. And a bobble-free sweater.
