If my order is $400, will I receive two free items?
Sadly, no. During our Black Friday Week, each order over $200 (or equivalent) qualifies for a single free item from our Archive Collection.
Can I return or exchange my Black Friday Week order?
Yes, any full price items purchased during Black Friday Week may be returned or exchanged following our usual returns policy. However you can’t exchange the Archive Sale item (see more below).
Please note that if you return all items from your order, the free Archive Collection item must also be returned back to us. Simply log it on your return and pop the item in your box.

Promotion Period: This offer is valid from Friday 17th November to Monday 27th November, inclusive.
Eligibility: To qualify for a free item from our Archive Collection, your order must total $200 or the equivalent in your local currency, excluding shipping costs.
Free Archive Item: Each order over $200 (or equivalent in local currency) is eligible for one (1) free item from the Archive Collection. The free item must be selected at the time of purchase.
Multiple Orders: Customers are welcome to place multiple orders during the promotion period; each qualifying order is eligible for one free Archive Collection item.
No Use of Additional Codes: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional codes or discounts.
Packaging: All orders will be shipped in Sheep Inc.'s proprietary biodegradable packaging. Premium packaging is available as a gift option upon request.
Stock Availability: Archive Collection items are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once an item is out of stock, it will not be replenished during the promotion period.
Return Policy: Our standard return policy applies to purchased items. However, the free Archive Collection item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Modification of Terms: Sheep Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice, including the right to cancel, extend, or shorten the promotion at any time.
Final Decision: In case of any disputes, Sheep Inc.’s decision shall be final and binding.
