Can I exchange my order? - International

INTERNATIONAL (IF YOU’RE BASED OUTSIDE THE UK BUT NOT IN AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, GREECE, LUXEMBOURG, NEW ZEALAND AND PORTUGAL):

We get that you can’t love everything and that’s OK, don’t feel bad. Whether it was the wrong fit, the wrong colour or something just didn’t feel 100% right, we will accept your return providing it complies with our Terms and Conditions.*

To start a return click here then enter your email and password to login. If you don't have an account yet you can click here to create one. Please note to log in/create an account with the same email address used to place your order.

Choose the order you wish to return by clicking on view or manage, then select the item(s) from the order that you’d like to return.

You'll then receive a URN (Unique Return Number) and further instructions on how to return your item. Please write the URN onto page 2 of the despatch note which arrived in your original box.

You will then be directed to our returns portal where you can generate your pre-paid returns label by entering in your order number - e.g 12345 and either the email address you used during your order or your postcode.

Print your returns label and package your completed despatch note along with your knitwear and all of the packaging elements into the box and apply the prepaid label.

Finally, post it from your indicated drop off point on the returns portal and whisper it goodbye (this part is important). Please keep your proof of postage safe.

After your order has completed its return journey, our team will inspect the knit and once everything is in order, create the exchange. We typically get back to you within 14 days of sending the returned knit back to us.


*Please note, all items must be returned from the original shipping country, unworn and with all original packaging and tags attached within 28 days from delivery date.

If you are based in either of the above countries then unfortunately we are not yet able to offer pre-paid postage labels. This is certainly no conspiracy against your beautiful countries and please trust us that we are working hard to rectify this. The good news is that it does not stop you from returning the item to us, but you will have to pay for postage.
